2026年7月22日，中船江南造船新一代“BrilliancE® II”铝合金B型舱围护系统USCG（美国海岸警卫队）认可信暨美国船级社GDA（总体设计认可）证书颁发仪式在公司行政楼22楼会议室举行。美国船级社（ABS）全球副总裁兼总工程师Roy Bleiberg向公司党委副书记、总经理肖文林颁发了铝合金B型舱围护系统的USCG认可信及GDA证书。ABS中国审图中心总经理王斌宏、ABS中国区域发展事业部总经理李增义和江南造船首席专家胡可一共同见证了这一重要时刻。On July 22, 2026，Jiangnan Shipyard hosted a ceremony for awarding the USCG （United States Coast Guard）Approval Letter and ABS GDA certificate of Jiangnan developed new “BrilliancE® II” aluminum alloy Type B tank cargo containment system. ABS Global Vice President and Chief Engineer Roy Bleiberg presented the documents to General Manager of Jiangnan Shipyard Xiao Wenlin. On April 26, 2021, Jiangnan Shipyard’s first-generation "BrilliancE®" Type B cargo containment system granted USCG Approval, became the third type B system coming after MOSS type and SPB type. This upgrade further optimizes the vessel's overall energy efficiency and operational performance. Notably, the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) provided critical technical support and on-site survey coordination during the engineering and commissioning of the first tank fabrication. This milestone marks the official transition of the "BrilliancE® II"aluminum cargo containment system from R&D and design intoengineering application. The tank is equipped with Jiangnan Shipyard’s fully indigenous “PnF-COMBi” insulation system. Developed under the methodology of Design for Reliability (DFR), the new insulation system offers tailor-madeBoil-Off Rate (BOR)and supports multiple configuration schemes. It provides enhanced design tolerance margins while ensuring seamless compatibility with both manual and automated robotic installation.
